PET line configurations
PET Water Bottling Line Supplier
Allot Tech coordinates China equipment sourcing for PET bottled-water projects: a filling monoblock, a connected filling line or a wider package with bottle blowing and water treatment.

Direct answer
For still purified or mineral water, the XGF platform combines bottle rinsing, normal-pressure filling and capping. Start with purchased empty bottles or make bottles from PET preforms, then match labeling, coding and packing to the required finished pack.
PET line configurations
Choose the equipment package for your bottle supply
The equipment below can be scoped together or separately. A complete-line offer must name the modules actually included; the catalog is not an all-inclusive package.
| Starting point | Equipment to specify | Configuration choice |
|---|---|---|
| Purchased empty PET bottles | Bottle handling and air conveyor, XGF rinsing-filling-capping monoblock | No bottle blower is needed for this route; confirm bottle storage, infeed and format changes. |
| PET preforms | Blow molding machine, bottle molds, transfer and XGF filling platform | List compressor, air treatment and cooling separately; verify the bottle/preform and neck-finish match. |
| Water preparation | Filtration, reverse osmosis where appropriate, disinfection and storage | Select from raw-water analysis and the finished-water target; treatment is not automatically included with the filler. |
| Finished retail packs | Labeling, coding, shrink-film or carton packing and conveyors | Choose the label process and pack pattern; confirm packer speed, accumulation and optional pallet handling. |
Prepare your PET line quotation
Send the bottle drawing or sample, cap, target output, label and pack format, factory plan and destination. Request an itemized equipment list, utility schedule and preliminary layout against the same revision.
- State output in bottles/hour at a named bottle volume and planned operating hours.
- Identify buyer-supplied equipment and connections to an existing line.
- Separate equipment, installation, training, spares and freight in the offer.

PET line buying questions
Can one line run 500 ml and 1.5 L bottles?
Potentially, subject to bottle and cap approval, change parts and machine settings. Request an output and changeover basis for each format; do not apply the 500 ml catalog rating to a 1.5 L bottle.
Can this XGF water line fill sparkling water?
This page covers still-water selection. Sparkling water needs a separate carbonation and pressure-filling configuration; do not assume the normal-pressure XGF platform is suitable.
